In order to be eligible for the 100% refund, you have to meet all of the following criteria:
- Only eligible for 1.81KG and 2.27KG.
- Order MUST be made during TikTok live-stream to be eligible.
- Must inform us to request for refund within 7 days from date of received, through Whatsapp to 88058418.
- Remaining balance of AT LEAST three-quarter (1.35 for cats/1.7KG for dogs.)
- Ensure that the “Return/Refund Policy” QR Code sticker is still attached onto the original packaging of the product.
- Must be in original packaging, with no damage to the packaging and the resealable lock still in working condition.
